My mom bought a prebuilt pc for work around a year or two ago. My brother and I never realized how insane the price was for the specs. They gave it good memory for older people to see it and think its good. It had a single stick of 4GB... Ram. I couldnt even find anywhere to buy a single stick of DDR4 Ram. We cant even put in new ram sticks without the computer failing to boot. The computers this place sells are designed to be non upgradable without bringing it back for them to do it and overcharge. Its a predatory buisness practice and it disgusted me and my brother to see such a poor pc sold for double what the parts costed.So if youve read all of this you will most likely read the Owners response. I did use friendly computers to assemble my pc that i chose the parts for in 2018. But more recently my mom purchased a pre built for work that had all the problems i mentioned. My pc did work fine. If your having this place assemble a pc because you dont trust yourself, this place is able to do that. If your looking for a pc to use for work. Go somewhere else.read more

My Desktop PC quit early on a Sunday morning. I thought that it was the power supply. I took it into Friendly PC, and Jared Moore got up and helped me. He was fairly certain it was also the Power Supply. I left my PC there and shortly... after they informed me that it was actually a video card that was causing problems. I appreciate the honesty of Friendly PC and the crew that works there in quickly diagnosing and fixing my PC. It saved me from having to buy a power supply since I had an extra video card!read more

After a 4 day nightmare of getting new parts and trying to get them to work together I was at my wits end and desperate for some help. I unsuccessfully called everywhere I could find until I finally got to Friendly PC and Jared picked up... the phone. I think he could hear the stress in my voice because within 20mins I was at their front door and he was digging into my PC. Bent pins, incorrect wiring, and even some potential issues I may see in the future were all uncovered and corrected. Within a few hours with Jared my nightmare was over and now I'm sitting with this beastly, beautiful rig. These guys are absolutely worth the time and money if you're having issues.read more

As long as Dave is working there we will not go anywhere else. He has great people skills, knows PC's and many times has done the work to fix our problems from his shop remotely. Cant say enough good things about our experiences here.... Especially after SO MANY BAD ones with Schrock. Recently Eric came to our home and tuned up our laptop and installed a new router. He was very professional and answered every question we had. He also took the time to fix several smaller issues we were having with the system. We couldn't believe how FAST he could do these things. You have to tune up a PC once in a while like a car. We like Friendly PC very much!read more

These guys are great! Very knowledgeable, lots of follow through. They also helped me figure out whether I had a computer problem or an internet problem. It was some of both. Don't bother calling Cox!
